EAST retention partners had the opportunity to review their retention allocation lists before making final commitments. During the review period, EAST recommends that libraries compare their allocation list to their ILS and remove any items which have been noted to be lost or otherwise unavailable. Basic instructions on how to complete this comparison are provided via the links below:

OCLC: WMS - Note that we currently don't know of a way to import a list into WMS. If you know of a method of doing this, please let us know! In the meantime, you can export a list of missing items under "Analyticts" --> "Reports" --> "Circulation reports". Export to excel and compare to your current list or send the list along with your retentions list to samato@eastlibraries.org and we can compare them for you.
*If you are having trouble with the Voyager instructions try this alternative method.
**If you have MMSIDs being truncated/altered by Excel, try using "Get Data" rather than opening the file directly.
