Exporting Retentions from your ILS
583 Extract Instructions
On occasion it may be necessary to export marc records of titles committed to EAST, for example for deposit into the Gold Rush EAST Retentions database. Below are instructions for exporting, though these may vary depending on where the retention commitments are recorded. Please report any errors or updates to this information to samato@eastlibraries.org.

Koha - a few notes from a Koha library hosted by ByWater
Sirsi - Utility MARC Export - we don't have 583 export info, but for collection analysis extracts we've been told "click the box Include 999 Holdings tag in the defaults, you should get the circ counts in subfield n and the In House charges in subfield q." Also, Hampton University put together Sirsi export instructions.
